Out of all the nail art out there, polka dots are my favorite!
The other day I started with a base of Sally Hansen's Pacific Blue.
In all honesty, I love this blue but it stinks to the high heavens!!
Anyway, I added some yellow polka dots
and then added some more blue polka dots!
